Personal intensives
Personal Intensives are deep, focused journeys allowing you to walk the full length of a path that you truly love, guided by the vision for your life. They are designed to help you recognize, honor, and transform your soul pain & suffering so that it does not get passed on to the next generation. I work with people to help them with transitions they are facing, such as death-rebirth of identity, loss and transition, and navigating change. This is done in a ceremonial way out in the desert, next to water, and/or around a fire circle. The heart of this work begins the moment you say YES to this journey.
These one-on-one intensives, can be designed and focused around areas of your interest - personal healing, dream exploration, letting go of old stories, enacting a rite of passage. To help guide you in your journey, I will be using a 4 elements ritual and ceremony, mirroring, storytelling, interactions with the natural world, and dream tending so that you can walk your path with authenticity and presence.
What are the benefits? Personal intensives are for those who find themselves at a crossroad in their life. Some folks can make these transitions on their own. Others may need counsel and guidance to help them make sense and meaning out of what is happening so that they do not over identify with suffering, disillusionment, apathy and wounding. The essence of a personal intensive is to help you find wholeness through an integrated approach that takes into account your bone wisdom. This helps you to access resources you need for deeper work, as well as the internal support to help you stay rooted and regulated in your daily life.
Intensive types
Fire – ancestral healing, trauma (soul wounding), burning of old stories, body memory, innocence/trust, erotic love, and connecting to your ancestors.
Water – grief, bone memory, finding your gifts, dream work, death and dying practices, love for self, introspection and reflection.
Earth – life purpose, grounding, showing up, manifestation, acts of service, love for others.
Air – connection to spirit, mystery, vision, creativity/potential, death/birth renewal, love for mystery.
Each session is 120 minutes in length. The contribution for the Intensive is $90 (located in Purchase section). Free 30 minute exploratory Zoom prior to the session is included.
